With 18 years of experience in the Hospitality and tourism industry, Thandekile (Jessica as she is affectionately known), has managed to contribute meaningfully to the development of tourism in our country in general and province in particular in more ways than one. She has been involved in all levels of the trade from interacting with day to day staff in hotels, guiding learners and students in both advising them on careers to pursue and mentoring them to engaging with industry leaders both national and international within this industry. She has also helped various Hotel Groups that she has either worked for or been in business with secure economic growth over Millions of Rands over the years.

 

She has truly brought in some much needed growth to this industry nationally, provincially and also within the city of Durban as a whole.

 

ANB Group, which she heads up, has passion for Sales & Marketing that she has spent most of her working years enjoying the forever changing markets that the Hospitality Industry has faced.

 

Thandekile Jessica Nhleko enjoys to take the weight off the business owners fullfils a key role in running the overall sourcing of Hotels/Accommodation in areas required by the clients. She has also the passion to identify the best conference venues that are well suited to the client’s objectives, e.g. Strategic Session for executives or Team building for the whole originations as their year-end reflection celebration.
